Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cook from frozen. Without overlapping, place steaks in a skillet over medium heat (360 degrees F) for 45 seconds on one side and 15 seconds on the other side, or until brown. Times are approximate. Avoid overcooking.

Cook steaks according to cooking instructions above. Melt mild American cheese over the steak and place in a steak roll. Add onions and peppers.
Tip: Don't be afraid to make more than you can eat in one sitting, our Cheese Steak is just as good reheated!
