Keep frozen. Do not thaw product, cook from frozen.
Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Under the broiler: Cook frozen hamburger in preheated broiler on one side until brown. Turn and cook on other side until done (160° internal temperature). Season with salt and pepper.
On the outdoor grill: Cook frozen hamburger on grill over white hot coals until juices come through. Turn hamburger and cook on other side until done (160° F internal temperature). Season with salt and pepper.
In the frying pan: Place frozen hamburger in preheated frying pan and cook one side until juices come through. Turn hamburger and cook on other side until done (160° internal temperature). Season with salt and pepper.
